Medium golden hue. Wow, what a nose! Just bursting with energy. Incredible complexity on the nose suggests a Premier Cru level Chablis. Focused, energetic, saline, and bright. The palate is just as impressive, with mouthwatering acidity, incredible fruit, medium to full body and decisive flavors of seashells, minerality and that tell tale steely quality found at the top levels. This is star quality Chablis, and I can’t believe it’s only a Village level wine. Tastes like a topflight 1er cru at the least. PSWC
