Just across the river Cher from Sancerre, practicing organic, limestone soils. The aromatics are stunning here! Sancerre on steroids, with a kiwi-lime nose that jumps from the glass. The palate is plump, round, medium-bodied, and full of that delicious green-fruited, kiwi, and serious citrus from the nose. This is as serious a Quincy as I’ve tried. Gorgeous fruit to acidity balance. Wow! PSWC
