From parcels at Chassis, marked by rolled stones. Perfect poise: fresh black fruit, very gentle tannins and appealing texture. Supple but not in the least over-ripe. Plush and approachable. Fairly introverted style, but good depth and intensity on the palate. Long, rolling finish - impressive length. Quite naked in style, making for a particularly satisfying, textural style of Crozes. Likely to be a good value Northern Rhone option. -- Decanter
