Cadiou was vineyard manager for 30 years at Laroche before launching his own 2ha domaine. 100% Organic farming. Grapes are from two parcels. One adjacent to 1er Cru Montmains, southern exposure, the other adjacent to 1er Cru Vaillons, northern exposure. Pristine parcels. 12 months aging on the fine lees in stainless steel. Bright, focused nose, stone fruits and a touch of fresh lees, stone fruits follow through to the palate where the wine is medium bodied, focused, bright, fruit packed, and loaded with minerality.
