From parcels in Allemant, Broyes and Sezanne. Diverse soil types with clay, sand and limestone. 2/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. 60% is from the the 2015 vintage and 40% is Reserve wines from the outstanding 2014 vintage. Additional to the blend is a portion of older Reserve wines from the 2013 vintage. Blending is the key to fine Champagne, and this house knows the magic. Organic farming, native yeasts, no filtration. The house style produces a Champagne with tiny, fine bubbles, an active mousse and a very creamy, toasty flavor profile. 94 PSWC
