The master blenders have done it again! From chalky-clay soils in parcels located in Allemant. Hand harvested. 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. 75% from the outstanding vintage of 2014, 25% from 2013. Native yeast fermentation. 7 g/l sugar (Brut). Aged 6 years in bottle. Fine, tiny mousse, yeasty, toasty, fresh green apples, very rich and refined. Delicate but with depth. Perfect acidity lifts all the fruit. Gorgeous! 94 PSWC
