Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. Harvested primarily in 2018 with 20% of reserve wines, this cuvée is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay. Les Parcelles benefits from extended aging sur lie: 4 years in 19th century cellars at a constant 50°F/10°C temperature. Aged in bottle before release, Barrel Aged, Barrel Fermented, Estate grown grapes, Hand harvested, Indigenous yeast fermented. Very rich and minerally with only 1 gram per liter of dosage – bone dry.
